Gotta Make …

I finished my felted bag and it turned out very cute. I was knitting along and realized about 5 rows too late that I hadn’t started my decreases so I just winged the pattern from there because I was too lazy to rip. I knitted a big button for a closure (see close-up) which works great and I also added a small felted pocket inside for a lipstick.

Couldn’t get a photo of the lace scarf while I was wearing it so I just took a close-up of the stitch pattern with it laying on the bed. I used a free pattern from http://bronsfiberstuff.typepad.com/photos/holiday_glitz_scarf_patte/glitzfin.html and it is very pretty on both sides. Here is a quick shot of my shape-it scarf, too. The ribbon yarn is much prettier than it shows in the photo.
